Built on the same core technology as Matrox’s Maevex 6100 encoders, the Maevex 6152 decoder provides decode and display support of up to 4 4K streams—or many more lower-resolution streams—across up to 4 4K displays. Maevex 6152 offers HDCP support, decoding HDCP content from a variety of sources, including external Blu-ray players, set-top boxes and streaming video devices. A Maevex encoder and decoder pairing delivers high-quality, low-latency streaming, but Maevex 6152 can also be combined with 3rd-party encoders to create new or upgrade existing end-to-end systems. Meanwhile, the included Maevex PowerStream Plus provides users with an assortment of easy-to-use, drag-and-drop stream and layout selection options, along with previews for quick, intuitive decoder-output configurations. Packaged in a quiet design that’s rack- and display-mount-friendly, the 1RU, ½-rack, all-in-1 Maevex 6152 decoder is a solution for multi-screen decoding applications in digital-signage environments.
