TSL Products, a designer and manufacturer of broadcast workflow solutions, has acquired DNF Controls. Combining these two companies will allow TSL to expand its presence worldwide and to offer audio and power solutions locally to the Americas.
In lieu of this acquisition, DNF customers in the US region will have increased access to TSL’s complete product range, while TSL customers will gain access to DNF’s dedicated hardware control panel and integration capabilities.

There will be a period of transition to bring the DNF and TSL product families together, with DNF’s California base becoming the TSL headquarters for the Americas. The TSL and DNF teams will also exhibit together at this year’s NAB Show.
