Resideo has completed the acquisition of Herman ProAV to be part of ADI Global Distribution. This acquisition is intended to expand ADI’s commercial AV product offering and partnerships, as well as present a new services solution.
Herman ProAV is a provider of commercial AV products, procurement services and labor resources to systems integrators. This acquisition will help the company’s customers expand into new product categories and services. The acquisition also includes Herman Integration Services, which provides AV systems integrators with trained and industry certified technicians, project managers, programmers and engineers through its subcontracting services.
