Biamp has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Huddle Room Technology (HRT) SRL based in Modena, Italy. The acquisition adds HRT’s family of Huddle Hub wireless USB and content-sharing products to Biamp’s lineup of meeting-room solutions.
