Masks Will Be Required For All InfoComm 2021 Participants

AVIXA takes proactive measures to keep InfoComm 2021 participants safe and healthy.

In light of the worrying delta variant of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), AVIXA has announced that masks will be required for all participants in the upcoming InfoComm 2021 show.  InfoComm is set for October 23 to 29 in Orlando FL. In recent weeks, Florida has been particularly hard hit by the delta variant. Nearly 14,000 Floridians are currently hospitalized with COVID-19.

AVIXA has been keeping prospective show participants apprised of its health-and-safety measures on a dedicated site page. The page has now been updated with the following message:

Given the surge in cases due to the delta variant, masks are required to be worn by all individuals, regardless of COVID-19 vaccination status. This includes attendees, exhibitors, vendors, AVIXA staff and other individuals at InfoComm.

InfoComm traditionally takes place in June. The show was delayed to October this year in response to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
