Almo Professional A/V Cancels E4 Experience D.C.

Almo Professional A/V

Almo Professional A/V announced it has canceled its live E4 Experience D.C. program, originally scheduled for April 3.

“We have been keeping a close eye on COVID-19 developments,” Melody Craigmyle, VP of Marketing Communications for Almo Corporation, said. “As per the recommendations of the World Health Organization and D.C. declaring a state of emergency, we have made the decision to not hold a live E4 Experience D.C. Like most businesses in the same position, please know that we did not enter this decision lightly. However, we agree that social distancing for the time being is the best course of action to keep everyone involved in the E4 Experience safe and healthy.”

Craigmyle hinted that the E4 Experience team is working diligently on alternatives to ensure its partners are able to obtain the key advantages of the decade-long program. This is the second E4 Experience to be canceled in lieu of the coronavirus outbreak, with the first being its Santa Clara CA event, which was scheduled for March 13. Other industry events have also seen postponements due to the current situation, including Informa’s Enterprise Connect, the National Association of Broadcasters’ NAB Show and Exponation’s Digital Signage Expo.

As of right now, the two E4 Experience events scheduled for the fall are still being held. For more information about the Almo E4 Experience, go to www.e4experience.com.
