Utelogy’s U-Manage, the management, monitoring and analytics portal, provides enterprise-wide visibility to rooms, equipment, issues, performance and usage. With restructured navigation and a new user interface, the system offers new functionality including enhanced reporting and alerting features. The portal now includes dashboards compiled of tiles that display system information in a visual manner. Users can add any number of tiles and filters to create a customized dashboard using time-range filtering as well as room and device usage. One of the most valuable features is integration to 3rd-party ticketing platforms like Service Now or ZenDesk as well as ERP systems via the API. Utelogy is manufacturer-agnostic, so with the API, the platform will evolve and grow with the business.
