SYNNEX Corporation is celebrating its 40th anniversary. The company was founded 40 years ago today in 1980 by Bob Huang. Huang’s vision was to provide an environment that fostered long-term relationships with associates, partners and clients.

As previously announced, SYNNEX intends to complete its spin-off of Concentrix Corporation into its own publicly traded company on December 1.
