ISE 2021 Opens Registration, Unveils Virtual And In-Person Lineup

Online registration for Integrated Systems Europe (ISE) is now open. The 2021 rendition of the show will take place from June 1-4 and will mark its debut at the Fira de Barcelona, Gran Via in Barcelona, Spain. ISE 2021 will incorporate both live and online content into its programming.

“During the challenging times of the past nine months, the importance of ISE to the global AV and systems integration business has never been more apparent,” Integrated Systems Events Managing Director, Mike Blackman, said. “Many exhibitors and attendees view the show as the catalyst for business recovery. People rely on ISE for inspiration, for finding new suppliers, keeping up with industry innovations, building lasting relationships and for education. While ISE 2021 will be a little different this year, it will still provide all these opportunities, and we look forward to reconnecting with you.”

Alongside its hybrid in-person and online format, ISE unveiled new features that will be included in its 2021 show. This year, ISE is adding two conferences focused on digital learning and workplace evolution, the Superyacht Technology Conference, a new AV Experience Zone, and a Startup Innovation Zone.

The Superyacht Technology Conference is the first such event dedicated to superyacht technology. It will run over two days and encompass 20 speakers, 400 delegates, workshops and demos, an awards ceremony and an after-party. The AV Experience Zone is a three-day initiative produced in association with AVIXA that will see Spanish integrators and end users attend specially curated Spanish language presentations and show floor tours focusing on Corporate/Hospitality, Retail, Medical and Education. The Startup Innovation Zone is a dedicated show floor feature area showcasing startup businesses, particularly focused on the local region. This will be produced in association with TNW and ACCIÓ.

ISE 2021 will feature nine Technology Zones, adding two new Zones to its usual lineup. In addition to Audio, Digital Signage and DOOH, Education Technology, Residential, Smart Building, Unified Communications and VR/AR/XR, Zones will include:

  • Broadcast and Content Creation: For many years, ISE has presented solutions for broadcast and content creation for use in permanent installations and in live events. Now, a dedicated Zone will showcase solutions including cameras, microphones, audio consoles, production switchers, intercoms, video interfaces, processors and KVM switches.
  • Live Events: The Zone will present solutions for small, temporary venues right up to major stadium events. The new area will showcase lighting and lighting control, rigging and staging equipment, motion tracking and holography.

ISE 2021’s conference will run from Tuesday to Friday, covering subjects including digital signage, smart buildings, XR and control rooms. Attendees can expect a packed roster of content delivered by experts and thought leadersTNW will be augmenting the conference content themes by delivering four days of keynotes and daily showcases of innovative startups.
