The IMCCA’s annual Collaboration Week New York took place from February 23-26 this year, with industry professionals gathering at locations across Manhattan for a series of sessions and panel discussions covering topics such as battle lines between providers, team-chat platforms, interoperability, security, the importance of AI-driven metrics, the new Millennial and Gen Z workers, office plans that boost collaboration and more.
