Tom Hansen, VP of Sales for Bosch Communications Systems, chats with Sound & Communications’ Editor, Dan Ferrisi, while both are working from home during the COVID-19 pandemic. Hansen discusses Bosch’s well-thought-out mitigation strategies to minimize the effects the pandemic will have on the organization. He also touches on Bosch, as a privately held organization, being in a strong financial position to weather what could be a difficult few months of global macroeconomics. Hansen closes on a communitarian note, talking about the commercial AV family and the need for all of us to stay connected during this time. Although the future is uncertain, Hansen is optimistic that, when the pandemic wanes, our close-knit industry will roar back.
