Auerbach Pollock Friedlander and Auerbach Glasow has announced organizational changes that, the principals say, will ensure a dynamic future while embracing the firm’s roots. As part of a long-term succession plan, Founder and Principal Owner Len Auerbach has fully transferred his ownership to Steven Friedlander, Patricia Glasow and Thomas Neville. With this change, Auerbach’s title becomes Founder/Director of Design. He will be focusing most of his time on design leadership, while maintaining his support of the firm’s business.
Friedlander continues to lead the Theatre Consulting Group and serve as the firm’s President, and Glasow continues to lead the Architectural Lighting Practice and serve as Executive VP. Neville remains as a Director and Principal in Charge of the Minneapolis MN office, while facilitating some of the firm’s most technically complex projects.
