Legrand, North America (West Hartford CT) has completed its acquisition of Raritan, Inc. (Somerset NJ), with Doug Fikse appointed President of Raritan, reporting to John Selldorff, President/CEO of Legrand, North America. Fikse has more than 30 years of engineering and leadership experience in the building controls and automation, and electrical power industries.

Raritan will operate as an independent business within Legrand, North America. Raritan’s intelligent rack power distribution units (PDUs), sensors and KVM switch products provide data centers of any size the control required to increase power management efficiency, improve productivity and enhance operations.
