D-Tools’ System Integrator (SI), an estimation and budgeting, design, and project-management software platform, has been updated to SI 2018. The update includes Change Order, Project and Catalog improvements, and users can now clone products and labor items when adding accessories or items to a package. Also, now Service Orders can be created for archived projects, saving time, as well as the ability to allow multiple packages at once to be added to a project from the Mobile Quote Explorer. Additional support for security customers has been implemented with PSA integration, providing built-in functionality to update dealer-cost information on the fly or on a schedule, as well as GDPR compliance for enhanced password rules and enforcement settings to ensure the security of customer data per the new regulations.
